EXIMPO PLZE\u0147, spol. s r.o., Company ID: 40523811, VAT ID CZ40523811, registered with the Regional Court in Plze\u0148 under section C, file 1015, with its registered office at Nepomuck\u00e1 1058\/128, 326 00 Plze\u0148 (“”Controller””), processes personal data in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and Council of 27 April 2016, General Data Protection Regulation (“”GDPR””) and other applicable legal regulations.<\/p>\n
For the purpose of employee recruitment, labor law matters, payroll, attendance tracking, reservations, keeping records, managing the house book, guest registration, property protection through CCTV, and sending service offers, personal data\/categories of personal data are processed, including data leading to the direct identification of a physical person, i.e. address and identification data, descriptive data, and data leading to the indirect identification of a physical person, based on legal obligation, contract fulfillment, legitimate interest, and consent of the data subject.<\/p>\n
The Controller will process personal data manually and automatically, both directly through its authorized employees and through the data processor authorized by the Controller based on data processing agreements.<\/p>\n
A list of recipients\/categories of recipients to whom personal data may be disclosed is available on our website (www.primaverahotel.cz\/cs\/gdpr).<\/p>\n
The Controller will process personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the intended purpose.<\/p>\n
The data subject has the right to access their personal data processed by the Controller, request correction or deletion, limit processing, and the right to object to processing.<\/p>\n
The data subject also has the right to obtain from the Controller the personal data concerning them and provided to the Controller. Upon the data subject’s request, the Controller will provide the data without undue delay in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format or, at the request of the data subject, transfer them to another clearly identified controller. This right does not apply to personal data that are not processed automatically.<\/p>\n
The Controller does not intend to provide personal data to third countries.<\/p>\n
If the data subject believes their personal data is being processed unlawfully, they may file a complaint with the supervisory authority, which for the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).<\/p>\n
